I saw nothing wrong with the shop. I suppose slightly more expensive but they would need to pay for siting at the hospital I guess.

Smiths is great, still going after everything the recession could throw at it. Really hope having the post office in house will be a big support for them. At the moment they've got some great deals on board games etc. It's great to still be able to support such a worthwhile company.
Smiths in Truro is good post office is at the end of the shop now. Great staff always very helpful specially a lady called Georgina.
