Great venue for getting together for sports venues amazing atmosphere . True Cornish girl working away but coming home spending time here so good, brilliant bar staff under alot of pressure with customers wanting drinks to watch Champions League Clash packed out but handled beautifully. Well done to all concerned.
Great place to view sport of just stop off for a drink. Bring in your food to eat. Beer prices are the lowest in the area. You get a good pint of St Austell's Cornish Best here.

Really excellent pub, lots of choice for ales. I'm not a lager drinker but they have a choice of those, fruit wines and of course spirits. Food upstairs is pretty good and a nice seating area away from the downstairs. Quite often have live bands etc, normally pretty good atmosphere. Good staff and good beer. Can't really go wrong with The Old Ale House.
Great atmosphere. Fantastic people. Excellent bar staff. Amazing selection of ales! TONIGHT, I'd gone to get usual beer, and surprisingly, there's a gig on. Wow! Top night.!

Friendly and welcoming bar staff and locals, lovely food and prosecco at a bargain price you can't go wrong !!
Friendly staff, nice outside sitting area. The food was lovely. Bit more pricey for food and drinks but it makes up for that with the lovely atmosphere and clean surroundings. Great for a drink after work or lunch with the girls.

Superb. It's what you might call "high end",so for us, a bit of a treat. The food was absolutely outstanding, as was the service. We hoped for a good experience based on a couple of previous visits, and so it proved. Also, given the overall quality, Tabbs is not stupidly expensive. Far from it. Also, once a month, a set menu Sunday lunch is available, and I would highly recommend. We will certainly be doing that again. Probably Truro's finest.
Exactly what I expected from a top class restaurant. Friendly staff, beautifully prepared courses, good choice of meals, excellent wine. Of course quality comes at an appropriate price, so don't expect much change from £80 for a three course meal for two and a couple of drinks. Highly recommended for any special occasion.

Staff are lovely and friendly when dining there. Great menu nice and varied and managed to eat here when on a keto food regime which is always a bonus. Lovely surroundings and right in the city centre. Always a good experience
Stunning food and amazing staff. Everything cooked to perfection
Tabernacle St, Truro TR1 2EJ, UK – 01872 274700
Excellent restaurant. The dishes are well thought out and reasonably priced, with great quality seafood. There's great choice - one of us had a standard main (the seafood platter) while another made their own meal with some tapas and starter dishes. The staff were very helpful in identifying gluten-free dishes or swaps. We hope we have a chance to visit again!
It is a modern restaurant with an open kitchen. The food is mainly fish with nice fishy tapas and the obligatory but good quality fish and chips. Good local beers. However they close early and are apt to turn you away if they are quite full and they can't face the thought of serving right up to closing time which is a bit off-putting and in complete contrast from the welcome you get if you turn up at 6 pm.

It looks old world Chinese but the food is fantastic
Ribs - lovely Rice - lovely Crispy Chilli beef - tasted like the beef was in a bisto gravy sauce 🤢

This place has the best Chinese food in Truro. They were serving late after a complicated car sale and we were the only people there - we received excellent service and chat that was friendly but not overbearing and allowed us to enjoy our meal. The sesame prawn toast is the real deal! We will definitely be back!!
Excellent food and servicefour of us use The Yue as a pre theatre venue and have never been disappointed. Already booked for our next outing.

Went here with a friend for diner and was blown away! Every detail of the evening was flawless, from the cleanliness down to the polite, helpful staff. The food was to die for and was more then ample portion sizes. I highly recommend eating here!!
Some items on the menu can be hit and miss. Well priced great service.

Never fails to put a huge smile on my face. Great for dining in or grabbing a takeaway. Friendly staff and delicious food. Firm family favourite!
Whilst on holiday we looked for an Indian restaurant with good reviews & found this one. Having stepped inside we were a little dubious as the decor is very dated but we looked past that and looked forward to our meal. Staff where friendly and accommodating and chatted to our youngest boy who is 5. We had popaddoms to start followed by a chicken naga, prawn rogan josh and a chicken tikka tandoori main with rice & Nan bread. The food was very tasty and hot along with the plates and really couldn’t find fault with anything and would definitely recommend. With the drinks the bill was just less than £70 so good value too. Very pleased with tonight’s choice

I have been looking for an new Indian restaurant after a move from Wales. This is the best bar far in Truro. Perfect blend of spices and not too much oil. Friendly atmosphere from the staff. At long last a decent curry
Probably one of the best Indian foods I have ever had.

Really enjoyed my meal here, staff were very polite and even allowed us to move tables away from a noisy table and apologized. Food was great, I do feel it was a little under spicy - The medium hot dish I selected was more mild in my opinion but tasted great all the same. Great decor, comfortable seats and well positioned tables. Decent value for money, would return!
Impeccable, authentic and full flavoured food. Polite, friendly and attentive staff who were more than happy to cater to our individual preferences. The vindaloo was the best I've eaten, possibly ever. Will definitely be returning soon.

Fabulous! Not a fan of chain restaurants but this blew expectations. Lovely interior, polite, smiley friendly staff and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the Purple Pesto Pasta with Chicken. Well done ASK, Truro
Lovely food. Great choice. Nicely presented. Good service. Trade your tesco vouchers in for 4 times the value. Winner

Piero's is a fantasic restaurant, the food is delicious, service is excellent. The staff are friendly and more than happy to help with anything. me and my family have been going here for years. The garlic pizza is to die for. Would highly recommend visiting.
Amazing place to eat would recommend to anyone! Great atmosphere, hardly any waiting time between courses but just enough time to let the last course settle. The layout of the restaurant means wherever you're sat there is waiting staff nearby at all times incase you need a top up on your drink. Staff are friendly and very approachable. 10/10 I will be eating here again.

Really lovely place, we enjoyed a meat and dairy free family meal. All of it was extremely tasty and healthy. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Definitely going to go back when we are in the area again. Highly recommend the Vegan Burger and Carrot Cake.
Lovely quiet little vegan restaurant with friendly staff and high quality food.

Was disappointed about a year ago to find menu had been changed leaving little choice. Now however....fabulous . Great menu again with very pleasing variety. All looks and tastes fabulous . Fairly priced too and staff are very efficient, friendly and accommodating . An all around satisfying experience
Great for vegan & raw food options in the café. Good selections in the food and beauty sections of the store as well. Haven't bought produce from the greengrocery but it always looks fresh & they often have small selections of unusual things from small volume local growers.

Have visited 4 or 5 times now for large group meals. Tapas has always been excellent and we'll priced at £12 a head. For 10+ people we got 9-10 large dishes. Venue is well situated and open good outdoor sitting areas. Staff are friendly and quick. Drinks are more on the pricey side but certainly worth it for a nice relaxing environment.
Great people and funky food. Dog friendly too. You can sit indoors or outside. Small choice of beers but they were quite good nonetheless.
15 St Mary's St, Truro TR1 2AF, UK – 01872 276555
Lovely place for lunch very nice pasta dish. Welcomed by friendly staff and a glass of chilled water while choosing our lunch and drinks. Second visit and will go again next time we visit Truro.
Great outside area best in Truro, a broad alcoholic range, comfy settings inside. Modern quirky urban theme. Great tunes. Above average drink prices for Truro IMO but. It's a great place to spend it. Split over three floors. Two sets of loos. Close to food outlets and centre of Truro. River at the back of the garden and outside has many coverings, heatlamps, tables, ashtrays etc.
62 Lemon St, Truro TR1 2PN, UK – 01872 430000
This is a great place if you are looking for a relaxed upscale experience. There is a very large selection of cocktails however draft ales & larger are limited to only four. Service is very high standard which is appealing. There is plenty of seating divided into an area for causal drinks as you walk in and dinning to the left and rear of the establishment. The food is decent. Overall the place isn’t cheap however worth a visit
Excellent service and nice food and wine today. Really comprehensive menu and wine list but it is all a bit pricey for my liking.
